OFFER AGREEMENT
FOR THE SALE AND PURCHASE OF GOODS

1. General provisions

1.1. Individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” | OGRNIP 3 2 3 7 7 4 6 0 0 2 5 1 0 7 2), addresses this Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) to any person whose will is expressed by them personally or through an authorized representative (Articles 182, 185 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) who has expressed their willingness to purchase goods from the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
1.2. The Agreement is an official offer by the Seller to conclude a contract for the sale of the book “SOZOISM” in any of the languages available on the day of sale (with the right to choose the language or to purchase all language versions of the book at once) (hereinafter referred to as the “goods”) and contains all the essential terms of the specified agreement.
1.3. Acceptance of the Agreement is the payment by the Buyer for the goods in the manner, amount, and terms specified in the Agreement.
1.4. By accepting the Agreement in the manner and within the time limits specified in Section 3 of the Agreement, the Buyer guarantees that they have read, agree to, and fully and unconditionally accept all the terms and conditions of the Agreement as set out in the text of the Agreement, including in the appendices thereto, which form an integral part thereof (clause 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
1.5. The Buyer understands that acceptance of the Agreement in the manner specified in Section 3 of the Agreement is equivalent to entering into an agreement on the terms set forth in the Agreement.
1.6. By taking actions to accept the Agreement, the Buyer guarantees that they have the legal right to enter into a contractual relationship with the Seller.
1.7. The Agreement is published on the Seller's website at https://sozoism.org/!/offer/ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and is open to the general public.
1.8. The Agreement may be revoked by the Seller at any time.
1.9. The Agreement does not require seals and/or signatures of the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”) to remain legally valid. 1.10. By agreeing to the Agreement, the Buyer thereby consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ.

2. Subject matter of the Agreement

2.1. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer, in turn, undertakes to accept the goods and pay for them.
2.2. The Buyer chooses the format and language of the book.
2.3. The exchange of information necessary for the Seller and the Buyer to fulfill their obligations under the Agreement is carried out between them using email and telephone (if necessary).

3. Acceptance, acceptance period, term of the Agreement

3.1. Acceptance is made by the Buyer by paying the invoice for the goods using any payment system.
3.2. If necessary, an invoice is issued. The invoice is valid for payment within 3 (three) banking days.
3.3. In case of payment by invoice, the Buyer undertakes to notify the Seller of the payment (by presenting a copy of the payment order in person or sending it by email) within 2 (two) days from the date of payment.
3.4. The contract shall come into force from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller's current account and shall remain in force until the Parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.

4. Terms

4.1. The exact terms of delivery of the goods depend on the Buyer's wishes and are specified by the Seller on its trading platforms (for the book “SOZOISM,” the central platform is the website: https://sozoism.org platform SOZOISM.COM), or simultaneously with the issuance of the invoice. The terms are valid only if the Buyer complies with clauses 3.1-3.4 of the Agreement.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1. The Buyer has the right to:

5.1.1. Require the Seller to provide goods of appropriate quality and to comply with the terms of delivery
5.1.2. Choose the form, language, and payment system for the goods.
5.1.3. Refuse to perform the Agreement in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated February 7, 1992, No. 2300-1. According to Article 26.1. of the above law: “The consumer does not have the right to refuse goods of appropriate quality that have individually defined properties if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the consumer who purchased them.” 5.1.4. If the Seller has delayed the transfer of the goods in a timely manner, the Buyer has the right, at their discretion, to:
- set a new deadline for the Seller to transfer the goods to the Buyer;
- demand a proportionate reduction in the cost of the goods, but not more than 10% of the cost of the goods;
5.1.5. Contact the Seller with all questions related to the goods, as well as ask questions related to their delivery.

5.2. The Buyer undertakes:

5.2.1. Pay for the goods in the manner, amount, and terms provided for in the Agreement. 5.2.2. Use the goods exclusively for personal purposes, without reproducing or reselling the goods, but having the right to transfer them (without any payment for this) to anyone. 6. For all other issues not covered by the Agreement, the Parties shall be guided by the current civil legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated February 7, 1992, No. 2300-1. 7. Appendix No. 1

The Buyer shall not use the purchased goods or goods, the rights to which belong to the Seller, in any other way except for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the Agreement.
